The health profile of the individual intended to benefit from the program is needed. General information about the individual's symptoms from diseases and conditions is needed to design the best possible SitWalking Exercise Program for the individual. This information will be obtained during your initial visit to The SitWalking Place.

Step 3

 

 

A recommended individualized SitWalking Exercise Program will be designed based on personal information provided. The most usual program includes 2 - 3) recommended exercise sessions per week. The most usual exercise session recommended is 15 minutes. The exercise coach will be an experienced user of the SitWalking Exercise Program .
